Thank you for choosing Grand Line Cards! We aim to ship your order quickly and securely.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Locations We ship worldwide from Taiwan.
Shipping Methods & Times (estimates; actual times vary)
- Taiwan: 1–3 business days (local carriers like Black Cat / convenience store pickup)
- International: 5–20 business days (depending on country and method: registered mail, express, etc.)
Customs, holidays, or carrier delays may extend times.
Shipping Rates Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method. Free shipping thresholds (if any, e.g., over a certain amount) will be displayed clearly.
Order Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For lost/damaged items, contact the carrier with your tracking number. We will assist where possible (e.g., claim filing), but we are not liable for carrier delays or losses beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, etc. These are not included in our shipping fees or product prices. We have no control over these charges—please check your country's regulations.
