Refund Policy Last Updated: March 2026
Thank you for shopping at Grand Line Cards! We are committed to providing authentic, high-quality trading cards and collectables.
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectables (especially raw/ungraded singles), all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Condition concerns raw cards (the graded/condition stated on the product page at time of sale is final)
- Not liking the pull from sealed products
- Change of mind
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an error occurs on our end, such as:
- Receiving the wrong item
- Receiving a significantly damaged item during shipping (proof/photos required)
If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos/evidence. We will review and work with you to resolve it (replacement or refund, at our discretion).
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items include (but are not limited to):
- Opened booster packs, boxes, or sealed products
- Raw singles (condition disputes not accepted)
- Any item once opened or used
